Roby Thomas John    Director, Products
Roby is part of the founding team that created O2 Software. On a sabbatical from his previous company, Indigo Architects which he helped build, Roby found his true calling in building a company that aggressively pursues teamwork, excellence and radical innovation. A deep thinker, part time philosopher and full time mentor at O2 Software, Roby is a Gold Medalist in Engineering at the University of Pune.

Navneet Singh Waraich   Director, Technology
Navneet was also part of the founding team that conceptualized O2 software over multiple cups of tea, late nights and watching reruns of the "Band of Brothers" series. Navneet deep insights come from leading development of some cutting edge Technologies and large complex Architectures. Simplifying Development practices and creating globally referenced standards remain his lifetime passions. Navneet graduated in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
